CONCEPTION & FACILITATION
Hi, I’m Carsten,
after my interdisciplinary studies with both artistic and scientific degrees, I gained more than 15 years of experience as an arts and media manager specializing in music as well as the intersection between art, culture and digitalization. I create concepts, facilitate groups, manage projects, bring people together and act as an intermediary between artists, audience, politics and funders. Working for state institutions as well as international companies like Google, I have gained broad experience in the creation and implementation of complex (digital) collaboration projects taking into account the interests of various stakeholders.
Currently I support and advice organizations in arts management, the design of digital products and in the areas of team development, communication, New Work, transformation and leadership. I’m a certified New Work Facilitator, a Workshop/Design Sprint Facilitator and give leadership seminars.
